Orlagh Dempsey, a UAE resident, is attempting to become the first woman to row the Arctic Ocean. Alongside two teammates, she will row over 1,500km in an 8-metre boat with no engine, aiming to set three world records. The team will also conduct scientific research and promote gender equality. Orlagh, an elite endurance athlete, hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams and break barriers.
