Starting July 1, Dubai Mall will have paid parking in Fashion, Grand, and Cinema zones. Zabeel and Fountain View parking will remain free. People of Determination and vehicles exempted from Salik fees do not have to pay. Parking fees are based on hours parked, with rates deducted from Salik accounts. Visitors get 4 hours free during weekdays and 6 hours free on weekends.
